Acclaimed globally for its groundbreaking research and education excellence, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) has made further strides in the latest QS World University Rankings 2026, climbing three spots to secure 44th place among the world's top 50 universities.
In addition, the University ranks 19th globally in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025, while retaining its position as Hong Kong and Mainland China’s top institution for the second consecutive year.
