Let’s Lift Our Voices As One 以歌聲凝聚大學社群 As a significant milestone in its three-decade history, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) unveiled today (March 31) its official university anthem, created to foster members’ sense of belonging and exemplify the University’s shared identity and innovative spirit. Premiered on the campus-wide fun day “Timeout HKUST”, the university anthem was crafted through the concerted efforts of many talented individuals both within and outside of the University. Its melody and original lyrics in Putonghua were selected from a variety of submissions in response to a call for entries. The English and the Cantonese versions were produced by the University’s lyrics team. Members of the HKUST Court and Council, Senior Management, faculty, staff, students, and alumni lifted their voices as one for the first time, as they celebrated its debut. To find out more about our university anthem and watch its music video, please click here. 香港科技大學（科大）今天（3月31日）推出創校三十年來首支校歌，標誌著科大一個重要的里程碑。這首校歌既代表科大，也體現了其原創精神，並藉此增進大學成員的歸屬感。 科大校歌是匯聚校內校外眾人的才華而成。經過一輪公開徵集，現時的旋律和原創普通話歌詞，從眾多候選作品中脫穎而出，而英語和廣東話版本的校歌歌詞，則由大學的歌詞小組合作撰寫。校歌在今天舉行的「Timeout HKUST」盛大校園活動正式發布。科大顧問委會和校董會成員、高層管理人員、教職員、學生及校友一起以歌聲凝聚大學社群，共同慶祝校歌的誕生。 歡迎按此了解更多有關科大校歌的資訊及欣賞音樂影片。 Email paoeditorial@ust.hk for feedback and questions.
